Announcement about the renovation of Dorm No.2 and 4
Dear Students,
We would like to inform you that our university is seeking funding to renovate Dormitory No. 2 and Dormitory No. 4. These renovations aim to significantly enhance the quality of the dormitories, ensuring you enjoy even better living conditions in the future.
If we secure the necessary financial resources, the renovations will commence on January 1, 2025. As a result, the dormitories will be unavailable from this date, and residents will need to find alternative accommodation. We understand that this may cause concerns about securing new housing, and we will make every effort to support you in finding alternative housing if needed. Please note that if the university receives the funding, you will be required to vacate the dormitories by the specified date.
Students can now apply for places in these dormitories with guaranteed accommodation until December 31, 2024.
The implementation time of these investments will depend on the funding approval and the start of the renovation work. The final decision on these renovations hinges on the university’s funding status.
If the funds are not received, accommodation will continue to be provided under the current rules until June 30, 2025.
We will keep you informed about the progress of the funding application and any changes to the schedule.
